Room Block Policies:
Thank you for choosing the Holiday Inn Express of Watertown to host your event. We are happy to
assist you with all your lodging requirements associated with your big day. A block of rooms will be set
up for you under the following terms and conditions:
1. A maximum of 10 rooms can be blocked at one time. An additional room block can be set up once the
rooms are taken based on availability.
2. The following stay restrictions will apply: Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once the rooms are reserved in your block or after the release date, your guests can continue to reserve
rooms by calling the hotel directly as long as we have rooms available in the hotel.
3. Your guests may make reservations in 3 ways:
a. Call the hotel directly at (920)262-1910
b. Call the National Toll-Free Reservations line at 1-800-Holiday. The guest should mention the name
the group is under:
c. On the internet at www.hiexpress.com/watertownwi Enter the 3 letter group code of RIP
4. Any special requests should be mentioned to the person making your reservation. We cannot
guarantee but will do the best we can to honor all special requests.
5. Room blocks will be released one month before the date of the event. After that date, the rate will still
be available but your guest risks the hotel being at full occupancy.

reservation for the prior night may be necessary.
